Pandemic has shut many establishments, but also opened new revenue generation models. Could you please elaborate on any one of these? Small and medium businesses first of all don’t think strategically. So, while running an office one has to keep an open mind about managing people, refrain from micromanagement, adopt better technologies to monitor delivery.

SMBs are spending a big chunk of their money on real estate investments. You really don’t need those swanky offices and rather the focus should shift to more customer service, more cost reductions, and more employee management.
